The 4th of July Parade will take place in downtown Nevada City on Saturday\, July 4\, 2026 at 11am. \n\nIn addition\, there will be a concert by the Nevada County Concert Band in the Alpha Building from 10-11am and a street fair on N. Pine Street from 10am-1:30pm.\n\nNevada City and Grass Valley trade off on hosting the annual 4th of July Parade\, with even number years in Nevada City and odd numbered years Grass Valley.\n\nA free fireworks show will begin at 9:30 p.m. at the interchange of Dorsey Drive and can be viewed from various locations around Grass Valley. Find a lot to park in and enjoy the free show. The Grass Valley Downtown Association will also be hosting at Family Pancake Breakfast from 8-10am\; and a Mill Street 4th of July Celebration 5-9pm.
