Cinder & Salt BBQ is a Nevada County-based mobile barbecue and catering company serving Nevada City, Grass Valley, and nearby communities. Our menu is built around traditional low-and-slow barbecue, including smoked brisket and pulled pork, paired with scratch-made sides and house flavors developed by an experienced chef and pitmaster. In addition to catering private events and corporate meals, we offer pop-ups, pickup meals, and local delivery-making it easy to enjoy craft barbecue at home, at work, or at your next gathering.
