Community Beyond Violence (CBV) has been serving Western Nevada County since 1978, when we began as the Battered Women’s Alliance. For more than four decades, we have been dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault. Our team provides safety, healing, and hope for survivors while working with businesses, schools, law enforcement, and community leaders to strengthen support systems and create lasting change.
