La Calaca BBQ crafts fire-to-table food. Dishes that bring out the robust flavors that come from low & slow smoking and hot searing coals. Our concept is to take the traditional flavors of many cuisines and cook them using traditional Texas BBQ and Argentinian Asado techniques. We cater for all size events and palettes, from 12 person dinner parties to 100+ person weddings, as well as support local businesses' menus with our artisan ingredients.
