Pioneer Community Energy is a not-for-profit electricity provider for the generation portion of the electricity bill. Pioneer fees are not an extra charge. Pioneer customers continue to receive a PG&E bill. In 2024, most Pioneer customers will save 10% or more compared to PG&E customers. Total customer savings in 2024 are expected to be $41 million.
