We are a local Nevada County barbeque catering company based off of Red Dog Road in Nevada City. We were encouraged to reach out in hopes of partnering with you in regards to events! We have heard great things and would love to be considered in your vendor line up! We provide a variety of food but our staple items are the following; brisket sandwich and brisket quesadillas, pulled pork sandwiches, and quesadillas, bbq ribs!
