Sierra Family Health Center was established 40+ years ago as a rural medical clinic, providing compassionate primary care. Supported by grants as a Federally Qualified Health Center, we care for you regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Our mission is to provide the highest quality Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and Chiropractic services to all patients, with 4 locations to serve our Community; 3 in Nevada City and 1 in Oregon House.
